Charges shall be paid with Flooring Work (10th ) installment.

**** Two Years maintenance charges shall be paid with Possession (11th) installment.

Notes :-

1.             All payments to be made by the Applicant shall be vide demand draft/banker's cheque/      ordinary cheque

                payable at par at Jaipur in favor of “SHIVGYAN DEVELOPERS PVT.LTD.”.

2.             Stamp Duty/registration charges shall be payable along with the last installment based on prevailing rates.

3.             Service Tax shall be payable extra along with each installments by the Buyer.

4.             Meter & Connection Charges for Cooking Gas shall be extra, payable directly to Gas Agency.
